Nothing provided through the Platform constitutes or shall be construed as investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, token, asset, or company.

JOLDERS does not act as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, crowdfunding platform, exchange, marketplace, or any other regulated financial intermediary. No fiduciary duty or advisory relationship is created between JOLDERS and any User.

JOLDERS does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that any Startup will be accepted, rejected, funded, accelerated, invested in, or achieve any specific outcome as a result of being evaluated or using the Platform. Similarly, JOLDERS does not guarantee that any decision made by Users based on the Platform will be successful, profitable, or risk-free.

4. User’s Sole Responsibility

All decisions regarding investment, acceleration, incubation, acceptance, rejection, or engagement with any Startup or project are made solely and exclusively by the User at their own risk. JOLDERS shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any actions taken or not taken by Users based on the Platform or any information obtained through it.

5. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all information provided via JOLDERS are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOLDERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, or data arising out of or in connection with the use of or reliance on the Platform or any content provided thereon.

In any event, JOLDERS’ total aggregate liability shall be limited as set forth in the Terms of Use.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer, and that you voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risks associated with the use of the Platform and any decisions you make based on it.
